The kitchen area features a super range cooker, plus dishwasher and washing machine. There is a feature fireplace made from reclaimed handmade bricks with a wood burning stove. - Set on a large, secluded, private plot 100m away from the main road. Breakfast patio to the front of the property with views towards Black Rocks. Large dining patio (8m x 4m) to rear with views across the Derwent valley with 8 seater solid wood patio table and BBQ built from Derbyshire stone. Large lawn, plus gravelled kids play area, with “Little Tikes Twin Slide Tunnel Climber” and “Little Tikes Junior Activity Climber” to help keep the kids entertained (See gallery for pictures).
